Refund policy
At EQUIPE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You can request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
If your product has a manufacturing defect, you can request a return or replacement within 21 days of delivery.
If the return is not related to a manufacturing defect, a flat return shipping fee of EGP 85 applies and is paid by the customer.

Exchanges
You can exchange your item for a different product by contacting customer care. Exchanges follow the same conditions and timelines as returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds can be processed as:
- Store credit for future purchases
- Replacement of the product
- Full cash refund, depending on your preference
Please allow a few working days for the refund to be completed.
