Returns

You can request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
If your product has a manufacturing issue, you can request a return or replacement within 21 days of delivery.

  • E£59.00 flat rate return shipping

If the return is not related to a manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

We offer product exchanges if you would like to replace your item with a different one by contact customer care.
Exchanges follow the same conditions and timelines as our return policy .

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
Approved refunds can be processed in one of the following ways:

  • Store Credit for future purchases

  • Replacement of the product

  • Full Cash Refund, depending on your preference
